26 February at 13:00 in service "101" in Novgorod-Seversky district, it was reported that NTA lake near Novgorod-Seversky 61-year-old local fisherman fell through the thin ice. Local fishermen, who also sat on the ice of a lake, heard a scream, immediately called rescuers. And no wasting time, before the arrival of rescuers, the fishermen rushed to help and tried to get their own comrade, but to crawl out on the ice from the water the man could not. Promptly on call to a scene there arrived rescuers of the 7th State fire and rescue unit. About 6 meters from the shore they saw a hole in the water bodies of the man who could hardly stand. To the victim on the ice at a safe distance I came to the rescue and with the help of a life buoy and a rescue ropes pulled careless fisherman from the icy water. Then saved transported on thin ice to shore. Warmed up, the man refused hospitalization.
