The city Council is working on the Program of the electronic register of preferential categories of passengers in the city of Lutsk
For the job of mayor Nicholas Romaniuk on the city Council are working to introduce an electronic system of accounting for passengers at Lutsk electrotransport enterprise. As noted by the Deputy of the mayor Sergey Grigorenko, such a system will have a minutely, hourly and daily monitoring of the number of beneficiaries in each trolley. Accordingly, the city Council will have a clear picture regarding the amount of compensation the electric company for discounted fares. Along with this, - said Sergei Grigorenko, the electronic accounting system will carry out the Supervisory function of the work bus drivers, in particular compliance with the timetable, dwell time at the bus stop and the like. Therefore, the session of Lutsk city Council, which will take place in April, will be introduced the draft decision “About the Program of the electronic register of preferential categories of passengers in the city of Lutsk”. The estimated cost of implementing this Program is one million USD per year. That is, approximately on a monthly basis, the Program will need 80 thousand UAH. “If members of the city Council will support this Program, in the month of July it gets going in the trolley,” - said the Deputy of the mayor Sergey Grigorenko.
