The Rivne region Prosecutor's office sent to court indictment against the former official of the Department of MIA of Ukraine
Investigative Department of Prosecutor's office of Rivne region completed pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings on suspicion of the former Deputy chief of one of Departments of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Commission of the crimes provided by part 1 of article 121 (deliberate heavy injury) and part 4 of article 296 (hooliganism committed with application of weapons) of the criminal code of Ukraine. - It is established that in September 2014 a policeman during the conflict with road users in the village of Babi Goshchansky district, roughly breaking a public order, working with special impudence and exclusive cynicism, and without warning fired one of his firearms, - said the Deputy Prosecutor of the region Andrey Borovik. In the shootout the militiaman and two men were injured, including heavy. Now the fate of the accused will decide Goshchansky district court of Rivne region. Responsibility for committing the criminal offences provided in the form of imprisonment till 8 years.
