In Zhytomyr oblast state TV and radio begins the formation of the list of media for the first stage of reform
the Ministry of justice registered the Order of forming the list of print media and editorial boards to be reformed in the first phase, developed by the state Committee. In the list, which forms the state border Committee, will include the print media and editors, founders or co-founders are state power bodies, other state bodies and bodies of local self-government. The basis for inclusion in the List is an appeal for print media and the editorial Board, submitted before 1 July 2016. The petition shall be accompanied by the documents, the list of which is provided in the Order. According to the order of the state Committee within ten days from the date of receipt of the application and attached documents according to print media and editors about the inclusion or non-inclusion. The cause of failure may be the absence in the composition of the founders of the media by a public authority, revealed inconsistencies in the application and (or) in the enclosed documents and the like. Eliminating non-conformities identified, the print mass media and editorial Board have the right to reapply to the state Committee for the respective application. After the termination of term of reception of applications the state Committee in the manner prescribed by law, will submit for approval to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the draft act on approval of the List.
