Chernihiv city Council has approved changes and amendments to the city budget for 2016
Chernihiv city Council at a plenary meeting of the 4th session of the 7th convocation on 25 February approved the amendments to the city budget for 2016. So, the deputies approved the allocation of additional funds: - the Board of education of the city Council in the amount of 7 891 thousand UAH, including: upgrading legacy energozatratno equipment (kitchens of kindergartens) – 2348 thousand UAH; capital repairs of educational institutions – UAH 5 million, for the continuation of the energy saving measures (in co-financing from the state budget) – 191 thousand UAH, etc. - management of health – 057 10 thousand UAH., in particular: the acquisition of fluorograph (municipal hospital ¹ 1) – 1700 thousand UAH, x-ray diagnostic complex with digital receiver – 2 225 thousand UAH, the content of the railway hospital during the 2016 – 2526 thousand UAH, on insulin – UAH 1 million, acquisition of equipment, medical equipment and menstrometer for city hospitals ¹1, ¹ 3, on the Programme of TB – 260 thousand UAH, 4 ambulances "field" to service the suburbs of the city – 800 thousand UAH. In addition, it was decided to allocate additional funds for the needs of city children's polyclinics ¹¹ 1, 2 in the amount of UAH 1 million, 500 thousand UAH to each, for the purchase of medical and sanitary facilities, which would relieve parents from the payment of charitable contributions. City Chairman Vladislav Atroshenko noted that "charitable contributions to pay more is not necessary" and ordered the chief physicians children's clinics to inform all those who served in children's clinics. V. Atroshenko thanked MPs for their support in this matter and urged civil society activists to monitor the implementation of this decision. The Department of housing and communal services city Council approved the allocation of an additional 32 945 thousand UAH, namely: on capital repairs of roads – 15 million UAH on the Program of modernization of outdoor lighting – 9197 thousand UAH, for indemnification of the condominium loans of 5 million USD, the greening of the city – 2 million UAH on reconstruction of the stadium on the street. Flight, 6 – 1500 thousand UAH on the program of the organization of the road - 235 thousand UAH, etc. For renewal of rolling stock of trolleybus management and repair 41 gmcontacts network from the city budget the Department of transport allocated 55 thousand UAH. Also, additionally allocated funds to the Department of culture in the amount of 4944 thousand UAH, the office of administrative services – 829 thousand UAH, KZ NW "Centre for work with children and youth by place of residence" – 293 ths. The capital construction Department decided to allocate from the city budget a total of 12 054 thousand UAH, including: the implementation And stage of reconstruction of the square. Khmelnitsky Chernigov replacement sidewalk – 4 020 million, for the project work – 1300 UAH for reconstruction (restoration) of roofs of houses in Chernihiv – 6676,8 thousand UAH for project works on construction of transformer substations for power supply of residential area Masany at the crossroads Glebov and S. – 1200 thousand UAH for the reconstruction of traction substation No. 5 on the street. Cossack (50 years VLKSM) in Chernigov – 60 thousand, for the reconstruction of the green zone on Avenue of the World from red square to Pobedy within the existing facility in Chernihiv – 30 thousand UAH.
