In the region considered the issue of employment of ATO members
the House of labor, which is in the city of Ternopil, held a working meeting with the participation of the acting Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Ivan Babiychuk, Director of the Department of social protection of population of regional state administration Vadim Boyarsky, Deputy Director of the regional employment center Aleksandra Ostrovskaya, the head of regional branch of Fund of social protection of the disabled Irina Vasilevska, military Commissar of the regional military Commissariat of the Vladimir Katyn and the head of the Center for assistance to participants of ATO Lilies Moshe. Aleksandra Ostrovskaya informed those present that the services of the employment service of the region since March last year have used 638 demobilized soldiers. With the assistance of local employment centers employed 100 atonic, of which 46 received in a lump sum unemployment benefit for entrepreneurial activities. 50 former servicemen took part in training at the expense of Fund of obligatory public social insurance of Ukraine in case of unemployment. And four demobilized, visiting in RCS seminars on orientation for contract military service, went to serve in the army under contract. – Besides, employees of basic employment centers studied the need for employment assistance to the families of participants ATO, – said the Deputy Director Oct. – From 69 respondents did not have demand in the job search 62 because they receive an old age pension or are in an employment relationship. And of 7 people who needed assistance in employment, 5 employed, 1 the person intends to apply to the employment center. Alexander Ostrovsky spoke about the vacancies on seasonal work who are enrolled in the regional employment center with recreation facilities in Kherson region, where employers offer free meals and accommodation for the duration of works. This option of employment can be used for labor rehabilitation of ATO participants and for their possible recovery in the spring and autumn period. The meeting participants agreed on further cooperation and coordination in social and labour adaptation of demobilized ATOVS, assisting their families. At the same time, Deputy Director of regional employment center were discussed with those present the draft Strategy for the modernization and development state employment service – Executive Directorate of Fund of obligatory public social insurance of Ukraine against unemployment for 2016-2020.
