In the Ternopil region the participants of anti-terrorist operation were filed more than 3 thousand applications for land plots. According to the results of the consideration provided 2634 permission for the development of land survey documentation on land with an area of 736 ha. Also 1137 participants of the ATO has already issued the property right to 172 hectares. Surveyors of Ternopil hold monthly update of album - Atlas of reserved plots for the ATO participants. As of 01.02.2016, the area 308 of the array was 2.9 thousand hectares. Most of the areas proposed in Kosivska area -322 ha and the Shumsky district -406 ha. "By joint efforts of specialists of Deligeoroglou and local authorities of Ternopil, we will be able to provide participants of anti-terrorist operation our area of land, - said the head of land management services Paul Bodnar. Special attention should be paid to the allocation of land plots of communal property, including cities of regional significance: Ternopil, Berezhany, Chortkiv and Kremenets according to the norms of the current legislation". Citizens of Ukraine have the right to donate their land plots from lands of state or communal property in such sizes: a) for farming – in the amount of land share (Pai), for certain members of agricultural enterprises located on the territory of village, settlement, city Council, where the farm. If on the territory of village, settlement, city Council several agricultural enterprises are located, the size of a land share (Pai) is defined as the mean for these industries. In the absence of agricultural enterprises on the territory of the respective Council, the size of a land share (Pai) is defined as the average for the area; b) for subsidiary farming – not more than 2 hectares; b) for the conduct of gardening – no more than 0.12 hectares; g) for construction and maintenance of dwellings, outbuildings and structures (smallholding) in the villages – no more than 0,25 hectares, in villages – no more than 0,15 hectares, in the cities – not more than 0.10 hectares; a) for individual country construction – no more than 0.10 hectares; e) for the construction of individual garages – no more than 0.01 hectares. 2. The size of the land plots, handed over free of charge to the citizen for subsidiary farming can be increased in case of receiving in kind (on locality) of land (share). 3. The size of the land being transferred free of charge to the citizen in the property in connection with the acquisition of his property rights to a house, cannot be less than the maximum size of a land plot corresponding target destination, set the first part of this article (unless the size of the land plot on which the house is located, is the lesser).
