Between Vinnytsia regional state administration and the Regional centre for providing free secondary legal aid in Vinnytsia oblast signed a Memorandum of cooperation (photo)
a Document-centric coordination and joint activity for protection of rights and freedoms, particularly the right of citizens to free legal aid, the Chairman of the regional state administration Valery Cow and the Director of the Regional centre for providing free secondary legal aid in Vinnytsia region Svetlana Malinovskaya signed on 29 February during the operative meeting with heads of structural divisions of regional state administration. According to the Memorandum, the parties will cooperate in areas such as: monitoring the status of the rights and freedoms of man, the study and generalization of cases that may indicate the presence of violations in this field; to consolidate the efforts in the implementation of national, regional and local programs aimed at providing legal aid to persons who are in need and have limited access to such assistance; interaction with public organizations to collect, analyze, summarize, discuss and use best practices on the functioning and development of the system of free legal aid; conduct awareness and promote the involvement of lawyers and jurists to such activities. The document will be valid indefinitely valid from the moment of its signing.
