As to the filling of the budget, it was noted that for 2015 the budget (General and special funds) received revenue without interbudgetary transfers in the amount of 3790,5 million USD. what is 122,9% to the plan for the year approved by local councils with regard to changes (planned 3085,4 mln.). Compared to 2014 year of the receipt of such revenues of local budgets increased by 679,2 million USD. or 21.8%. Including the General Fund of the budget of the region received revenues without interbudgetary transfers in the amount of 3167,0 millionUAH., what is 113,5% of plan for the year to reflect changes (planned 2790,1 mln.). In addition to the plan received 376,9 million USD. including the budgets of cities of regional importance - 107.4 million UAH., on village, town, district towns budgets – to 151.8 million USD. on district budgets – 97,7 million USD. in the regional budget – 20,0 mln. Compared to year 2014 of revenue (without interbudgetary transfers) local budgets in absolute amount increased by 846,8 million USD. or 36.5%, while under comparable conditions, increased by UAH 950,8 million., or 42.9%.
