Work on the territory of the region of foreign experts began March 2 with official meetings with heads of area and city. Welcoming the guests in the Vinnytsia region the Chairman of regional Council Anatoly Oliynyk noted that for the region the experience of the Italian colleagues are extremely important and valuable, therefore, expressed hope for fruitful cooperation in the future. "In fact, Ukraine is at a critical stage of its development and very serious changes. In the context of issues during the working visit will be to operate the Italian managers, Valery Cow noted that from 1 January of the current year came into force the Association Agreement with the EU, at the same time opened a number of questions regarding the readiness of individual sectors of Ukraine to this process, especially in standardization and certification of their products. Therefore, the work in sections in this direction, according to the head of the region will have important practical significance. "Vinnytsia region demonstrates positive dynamics of growth in the industry, but this is largely due to objective factors associated with the devaluation of the hryvnia, as well as trends in world food markets, - said Valery Cow. – Despite the difficult General situation in Ukraine, we can begin to implement in the region a number of major projects in the field of mechanical engineering and the food industry. So, a few weeks ago reached agreement on the modernization of enterprises with Polish capital – the company "Barlinek", which will allow for 2 years to invest 20 million euros and create 300 jobs in the winery. In the near future will begin construction work on one of the enterprises that moved from North of the Crimea, in the engineering industry. And we expect in the next 3-5 years on this site to create up to 1,5 thousand of new jobs in this area." During the meeting, the Chairman of regional state administration also noted the strong agricultural potential of the region, the leadership of Moscow in the field of waste management, although this trend is still quite a lot of problematic issues, and the extremely favorable location of the region from the point of view of logistics messages. The head of the Italian delegation Enrico Martial, in his turn, drew attention to the positive changes that have occurred in the state since his last visit to Vinnytsia region. "We are absolutely sure that Ukraine has made great progress in decentralization, in improving official structures. We see the improvement in the economic environment since our last visit in Vinnytsia region. Positive changes and to improve the legislation," said Enrico Martial. Informing about the project with which the Italians arrived in the region, the head of the delegation noted that these proposals contain the best European standards, which are applied in the field of waste management. But at the same time noted that such visits to his colleagues – a great opportunity to learn something new and at Vinnitsa. Enrico Martial also stressed that, despite the overall situation in Ukraine, according to the economists, Vinnytsia oblast demonstrates good results. Therefore, said Italy and Ukraine have new opportunities for cooperation, moreover Italian regional officials are very interested in establishing cooperation with Ukrainian colleagues. At the end of the meeting, the partners signed a tripartite Memorandum of cooperation between the regional state administration, regional Council and the Agency for cooperation and development of the Italian Republic. During the day, foreign experts together with Vinnitskiy specialists will work in thematic groups in areas such as: waste management; mechanical and aerospace; logistics, warehouse management, equipment and components; agribusiness, marketing and merchandising of agricultural products.
