In Vinnitsa region due to the intervention of the Prosecutor's office to the territorial community the plots of land worth more than 500 thousand hryvnias
During 2015 Tomashpil district court of the Vinnytsia region there were 10 decisions that satisfied the Prosecutor's statement in the interests of Pilipy-Borovsky village Council about recognition of the escheat inheritance of land, which is not inherited in connection’connection with absence of the heirs and may not be transferred in the property of citizens. In pursuance of these decisions of the court, the land plots of agricultural purpose with an area of 17 hectares worth more than 500 thousand UAH for the solution of Pilipy-Borovsky village Council transferred to the municipal property of territorial community of the village.
