According to the Director of the regional centre for providing free secondary legal aid, in the Vinnytsia region there are 4 local centres that provide the above types of legal services: Vinnitsa, Kozyatyn first and tomashpolsky. "Overall, as of March 2, 2016 in Vinnitsa registered 244 Severna citizens, Kozaytyn district – 234, Haisyn district – 163 and Tomashpil district – 195 citizens."
