In the Volyn region prosecutors through the courts require to recover caused by the nature of the damage

These illegal actions damage the environment in the amount of almost UAH 700 16. For committing illegal logging, damage and destruction of wood cultures and young growth (administrative offence provided by art. 65 of the Code of Ukraine on administrative offences) the man was brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a fine in the amount of 85 USD. Now prosecutors in court will insist on the recovery from damage caused to the state as a result of unauthorized logging.
