Begins a campaign of Declaration of property, incomes, expenses and liability'obligations of financial character for last year. Declaration about property, incomes, expenses and liabilities''yazannya financial nature is served in the manner prescribed by article 12 of the law of Ukraine «On principles of prevention and counteraction of corruption", which is valid until the beginning of the system of filing and publication according to the Final provisions of the law of Ukraine «On combating corruption" of declarations of persons authorized to perform state functions or local self-government. Lutsk LIGHTS GU DFS in the Volyn region held a consistency check of the data specified in declarations on property, incomes, expenses and obligations’commitments of a financial nature for 2014. Checked 4 107 declarations of them identified 444 Declaration, which contained false information, not blank or incomplete information about property, income, vehicles, money in accounts in banks and other financial institutions, securities, contributions to authorized (share) capital of a company, enterprise, organization, financial commitments''yazannya. From the obtained information and explanation’found that citizens are authorized to perform state functions or local self-government, irresponsible attitude to the procedure of filling of declarations, specify only the wages, forget about the interest charged by banks, property registered to them or inherited by, other payments or social benefits and the like. The results of the study and elaboration of these declarations Lutsk local Prosecutor's office has already made 3 representations to the heads of offices of sub’objects of the Declaration on the conduct of internal investigations on the facts of making by the staff of false information in the Declaration. To avoid errors when completing the Declaration you must pay attention to certain issues for its completion. So, when specifying information about the place of residence of the declarant must specify the place of registration along with the place of actual residence (if these addresses do not match), as well as apartments, houses, where sub'the object Declaration for the right to use (relatives, acquaintances, friends). To obtain accurate information about the amount of income received over the past year, it is advisable to personally consult with the appropriate statement about getting help in the form 1DF to the state tax Inspectorate at the place of registration (period for obtaining such information is 2 weeks), and in the case of a declarant pensions Department of Pension Fund of Ukraine at the place of registration. Concerning the reliability of information on the vehicles recommended in the organs where they are registered taking into account previous and current registration, or by obtaining an extract from the Uniform state register of the Ministry of internal Affairs (free access).
