In Transcarpathia will judge the head of the medical institution,which received a bribe for the establishment of disability
the Prosecutor's office completed pre-trial investigation and directed to court with the indictment criminal proceedings against the head of one of the medical facilities in the region, which was exposed when receiving improper benefits. In late February, prosecutors of Transcarpathian region together with employees of Department of protection of the region's economy, in the office in the premises of the Transcarpathian regional center of medical-social examination detained the head of medical institutions of the region in obtaining an improper benefit for influence on the members of the Uzhgorod Interdistrict medical-social expert Commission, are authorized to perform the functions of the state in establishing the inimitable 2 group of disability. Their intentional actions of a doctor has committed an offence under part 2, article 369-2 of UK of Ukraine, that is abuse of influence, qualifying signs - the receipt of improper personal benefit for influence on decision making by a person authorized to perform state functions. The sanction of this article provides imprisonment for the term from two to n’five years.
