Chernihiv: defending the pension rights of policyholders
Chief of Department of payments to the pension system of Pension Fund of Ukraine in Chernihiv Oleksandr Tkachenko on February 24 participated in a meeting of the temporary Commission on questions of repayment of debt on a salary (cash security), pensions, stipends and other social benefits, which was held in Desna district, Chernihiv Council chaired by Vladimir Greek. Among other the Commission discussed the issues of prospects of repayment of salary debts at a number of enterprises in the Desnyansky district of Chernigov. It was, in particular, about the problems of the enterprises of the Chernihiv training and production enterprise of Ukrainian blind society (UTOS), 209 the office of the chief of works, owed to the pension budget accordingly 57,6 and 281,7 thousand UAH thousand UAH for compensation of preferential pensions. We also discussed the situation in enterprises that do not have pension debt. But employees of the Fund in such cases are acting as defenders of the rights of policyholders, which for non-payment of a single fee will not count periods of insurance, which directly affects the size of future pension. Leaders are violators of financial discipline told the members of the Commission on the measures taken for the exit of enterprises from a critical situation, and the participants at the meeting offered their ways of solving problems.
