In the Rivne region in cooperation with employers solve the employment issue of internally displaced persons
In 2015 to Kostopil Raion employment center for assistance in employment turned 28 internally displaced persons, of whom 18 had the status of unemployed, 11 people were employed, 6 people took part in training in the direction of the district employment center, 8 people took part in public and temporary jobs. In January – February 2016 services regional employment center have used 7 internally displaced persons, including 5 unemployed, employed 3 people, 1 person took part in training, 4 people took part in public and temporary jobs. Among the employed the employment center, Alexander and Victoria Repack that in 2015 he moved from the Donetsk region and appealed to Kostopil RCS for assistance in finding employment. Alexander Rapacki after the internship has been employed driver of a private entrepreneur Natalya Furman and his wife Victoria after training employed as a cook in a private entrepreneur Irina Katapauo. For them these private businesses receive from the city center of employment wage compensation according to the Resolution KMU from 08.09.2015, No. 696, in accordance with which employed internally displaced persons, the employer shall be provided with wage compensation, provided their employment during the period that exceeds the length of the payout in two times. Wife very pleased with the work and is a good example to other employers not to stand in the side of the people who need help.
