Novovolynsk Department Vladimir-Volyn local Prosecutor's office sent to court indictment against the former officer-in-charge’duties the Director of mine No. 9 "Novovolynsk" SE "Oligopoly". It is established that from June 2012 to March 2013 an official with a violation of applicable laws issued 7 orders about awarding of workers of the mine on the basis of which they were illegally charged and paid premiums in the amount of 102 thousand UAH. Such actions of the head of the division of the state enterprise "Volynugol" property damage to that amount. Former VA. Director of the mine, is accused in misappropriation of another's property in favor of third parties through abuse of her official position (criminal offense under part 2. article 191 of the Criminal code of Ukraine).
