Chernivtsi honored Taras Shevchenko
March 9, at the Central square of Chernivtsi was held a solemn ceremony of laying flowers on the occasion of the 202-th anniversary of the birth of Taras Shevchenko. Flowers to the monument to the Great Kobzar laid by representatives of the regional authorities, mayor Alex Kaspruk, pupils and students of local educational institutions, representatives of public and political organizations of the city.
