In Vinnytsia region began the complex of spring field works

In 10 districts of the region started planting early spring grains and leguminous crops, namely: Bershad, Kozyatinskaya Kryzhopil, Mohyliv-Podilsky, Murovani Kurylivtsi, Teplitsky, Chernivtsi, Lubensky, Shargorodsky and Yampil districts. In all categories of farms of oblast sowed early spring grains and leguminous crops on an area of 3.1 thousand hectares or 3.1 % of the forecast, including: spring wheat sown is 639 hectares (5.3% of the forecast), spring barley sown – 2,1 thousand hectares (2.7% of the forecast), and oats planted on an area of 71 hectares (3.4% of the forecast) and pea – 337 ha (4,8 % of the forecast). As well as ongoing fertilizing of winter grain crops. Winter crops for grain have been top-dressed on the area 364,8 thousand hectares (83 %), including winter wheat – 318,8 thousand ha (82,7 %), winter barley – 44.4 thousand ha (86,9 %), winter rye – 1.5 thousand ha (56.3 per cent). In addition, nourished 40,6 thousand hectares (76.6 percent) of winter rape and 42.7 thsd ha (51 %) of perennial grasses.
