Solemn prospective contractors was held on March 14, in the concert hall "Galaxy". The celebration was attended by representatives of regional authorities, veterans, clergy, family and friends of candidates on military service under the contract. With congratulations and parting words to the young replenishment contacted the acting military Commissioner of the Vinnitsa regional military Commissariat Lieutenant Colonel Michael Zigalenko: "responsible for Ukraine time, the people with special attention watching their defenders. You, the future of the Ukrainian warriors will be a reliable guarantor of the sovereignty and integrity of the state, continuing the military victory of Zaporizhzhya Cossacks,Riflemen,warriors of the Ukrainian insurgent army, our grandfathers and great grandfathers, who liberated their homeland from fascist plague. You are sons and brothers of soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces that protect the independence of Ukraine in Donbas, for you service to the people is the highest honor the calling and sacred duty,- that is why you are in this room". Michael Zigalenko invited those present to honour the memory of all the soldiers who died in battles for the territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine with a minute of silence. On behalf of the regional state administration and regional Council with a salutatory word to participants addressed the first Deputy Chairman of the regional Council Lyudmila shcherbakovskaya. Sincere admiration and thank you for choosing the military path in a difficult time for Ukraine to future soldiers-contract employees turned legendary scout-vinnichanka, a retired Colonel Olga tverdokhlebova and mother of the Hero of Ukraine, hero of the Heavenly hundred Maxim Shimko Zoya Semenovna Shimko. The ceremony of blessing and consecration of soldiers for military service was conducted by Bishop of Vinnytsia and Bratslav of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church (Kyiv Patriarchate) Michael. After the blessing, children in Ukrainian costumes presented candidates for contract service charms. In the concert program was attended by artists of Vinnitsa state regional Philharmonic society, children's ensemble "Radost", the wind orchestra of Center of military-musical art of the Air forces of VSU and the Academic song and dance ensemble of the Vinnytsia regional state Philharmonic "skirts".
