In January 2016 -4,297 temperature°C, therefore the calculated payment for this month - 17,933 USD. for 1 sq. m. Consequently, the estimated fee for 1 sq. m of heated area in February is 12,209 USD., which is 5 UAH. 72 kopecks. less than in January 2016.
