for the purpose of development of regional and European theological and philosophical dialogue on issues relating to environmental ethics and morality under this title March 9, 2016 in Minsk (Republic of Belarus) at the international education center hosted the international religious seminar, in which took part the head of Department on nationalities and religions of the regional state administration Igor Saletsky. The event was held in the form of a dialogue of experts, public, and candidates of theology of the Republic of Belarus, representatives of the Belarusian Orthodox Church, the Roman Catholic Church, progressive Judaism and Evangelical Baptists of the Republic of Belarus, The presentations were devoted to understanding the lessons of technological disasters of modernity (Chernobyl, Fukushima), the formation of ecological consciousness in religious communities and in the everyday lives of believers. Igor Saletsky shared experience of Vinnytsia regional state administration with religious organizations, spoke about implemented and planned state-Church projects and activities. According to him, the authorities in Vinnytsia trying to develop such a model of relationships that would meet government policy and be mindful of the guidelines and standards of the parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe regarding religious and national tolerance in a democratic society, which will create a solid Foundation for building partnerships between religious organizations of different confessions, representatives of different nationalities and public authorities and will serve the development of civil society.
