Vinnytsya land surveyors reserved 4182,76 ha to transfer the ownership of the ATO participants
Priority of the Department is to implement initiatives to Derzeitiger supported by the Government of Ukraine concerning the ensuring of land the participants of the antiterrorist operation. The head office and territorial bodies of Derzeitiger in the regions as at 1 March 2016 reserved tracts of land with a total area of 4182,76 hectares, of which: – 196,05 ha – individual gardening; – 3646,00 ha for subsidiary farming; – 340,71 hectares for construction and servicing residential house. In the main office 5555 addressed the participants of the antiterrorist operation with the petition for purchase of land. Of these, 4854 citizens granted permission to develop land management documentation on the total area of 4848 hectares. On March 12, approved the draft land acquisition 1531 participant of anti-terrorist operation and transferred to the ownership of 1154 hectares. With the above citizens 55 members of the families of the victims of the hostilities and members of 3 families who have lost loved ones during the bloody events on the Maidan 2014. Separately local authorities 813 issued decisions on granting of permissions to develop land management projects on allotment of land plots on a total area of 365 ha, of which 120 participants ATO approved projects and transferred to the ownership of the plot on an area of 83 hectares. With the aim of establishing cooperation the Directorate initiated and concluded with local governments 565 memorandums of cooperation in providing land to participants ATO.
