Chernivtsi: the Citizens are asked to refrain from burning trash

Inspectorate for improvement to the Executive Committee of the city Council appeals to citizens to refrain from burning trash, fallen leaves, twigs and other wastes. At combustion of one ton of plant residues is released into the air about 9 kg of micro-particles of smoke. They include dust, nitrogen oxide, carbon monoxide, heavy metals and some carcinogenic compounds. In a glow without oxygen leaves allocated benzopiren, can cause human cancer. In addition, the smoke released into the air dioxins are some of the most poisonous substances to humans. According to "Provisional rules of improvement of the city of Chernivtsi" for such an offense is subject to administrative responsibility according to art 152 Art.
