10 March on the basis of Dubno city employment center held a discussion of the Strategy of modernization and development of Public employment services. The event was held with participation of representatives of authorities, social partners and employers. The discussion began, the Director of the center of employment Vyacheslav Savchuk, informing all present about the main tasks of implementation of the Strategy: improving the quality of social service provision, improving cooperation among labour market players, efficient use of financial resources, ensuring transparency of activities of the employment service. To discussion joined the chief of the division of labour and socially-labour relations Management of labour and social protection of population of Dubno city Council Tatyana Savich, the representatives of LLC "Vesnyanka-D", PE "Amethyst Plus". Head of Department of economy and infrastructure development Dubno RGA Lyudmila Stepanyuk introduced "development Strategy Dubenschiny to 2020". The main mission that confronts the Strategy of favorable conditions for life and labour of all the inhabitants Dubenschiny. To achieve the goals and mission need to provide a high level of incomes, development of infrastructure, save the environment and human capital. The Chairman of the "Association of entrepreneurs" Angela Glushkov noted that the strategy of the enterprise is a system of measures which works for the future and ensures the achievement of competitive goals through the coordination and distribution of resources of the enterprise. Because the Strategy defines where the organization wants to go, to achieve its goals and fulfill its mission. It creates limitations that reflect the characteristics and activities of the organization. The participants agreed on further cooperation towards improving the situation on the labour market and sharing information on prospective development plans of all participants in the labour market.
