Volyn region: Lutsk extinguished conditional fire at the facility,specializing in the manufacture and production of shoes
17 March in Lutsk on the street Ershov, 11 LLC «Kadar Techno" were held special tactical exercises to extinguish the fire and rescue activities with the participation of all fire and rescue units of the Lutsk garrison of management of gschs in the Volynsk area. According to legend, the fire broke out on the fourth floor of a 5 story building. The most dangerous place was the cutting Department. At the time of arrival of the first units, the fire spread through the equipment and raw materials, which led to heavy smoke and the complication of the process of evacuation of workers. For fire suppression the operational headquarters set up in the administration came about’object and all first responders of the city. Elimination of a conditional fire, evacuation and rescue of people in premises with complex planning was carried out with 4 units of gas and smoke protective service. During the exercise have been tested and worked out priority actions of the administration and employees of the security agencies to organize the evacuation of workers for production of shoes from the building and extinguish the fire primary means of fire.
