From the beginning, Lutsk insurers paid nearly 140 million hryvnias ERU
Payers of single contribution for obligatory state social insurance in Lutsk city and Lutsk region during January - February 2016 paid 139,4 million. This is reported in the management of the monitoring of revenue and accounting systems Lutsk LIGHTS of the Main Directorate IPS in the Volyn region. Therefore, experts Lutsk LIGHTS resemble that on January 1, 2016 came into force the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to the Tax code of Ukraine and certain legislative acts of Ukraine concerning balancing the budget revenue in 2016" dated December 24, 2015 No. 909-VIII, introducing a fundamental change in the administration of the SST. Now, firstly, on income of individuals (in particular, wages, sick leave, maternity, remuneration for work or services under civil-legal contracts, accrued from 1 January 2016, no need to keep the single social contribution. Second, for all facilities subject to the accrual of ERUs (salary, sick allowance and maternity leave, remuneration by GPA, cash collateral), and all insurers set a single rate of accrual of ERUs – 22%. So, the class of professional risk of production to the payer of ERUs for the basic type of its economic activity is cancelled. The exception is the calculation of ERUs: - employees with disabilities – this rate to 8.41%; with disabilities who work at the enterprises and organizations of public organizations of disabled persons, provided that the number of invalids makes not less than 50% of total employment and the labour remuneration Fund of such disabled people amounts to not less than 25% of expenditure on salaries to 5.5%; - persons working at enterprises and in organizations of all-Ukrainian public organizations of disabled persons, in particular societies UTOG and UTOS, provided that the number of invalids constitutes not less than 50% of total employment and the labour remuneration Fund of such disabled people amounts to not less than 25% of expenditure on wages, is 5.3%. Also from 1 January 2016 canceled the coefficient for a rate cut for a single fee. Thirdly, the maximum value of accrual base ERU increased from 17 to 25 sizes of the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons, to which is charged a single fee (clause 4 of part 1 of article 1 of the law of Ukraine "On collecting and accounting a single fee for obligatory state social insurance" of July 8, 2010, ¹ 2464-VI). Thus, taking into account the provisions of the law of Ukraine "On State budget of Ukraine for 2016" from 25.12.2015, No. 928-VIII, the maximum amount of salary with which to pay ERU will be: - in the period from 1 January 2016 to 30 April 2016 34 450 UAH; - in the period from 1 may 2016 to 30 November 2016 36 250 UAH; - in the period from 1 December 2016 to 31 December 2016 38 750 USD.
