In Lutsk the round table “a New format of interaction of government bodies with NGOs in the field of sports”
Searching for solutions to the problem of financing children's and youth sports schools of the sports society “Spartak” has led us to refer to developed, but not yet tested in Ukraine, the model of co-financing NGOs. The principle of “Fund children, not structure” was suggested by the developers of the reform of the sports industry at the level of the Ministry of youth and sports, but this vision is not yet implemented in industry. Now a word for self-government. Proposals for the reform of relations “power — the public” in the sports sphere of the city of Lutsk and solutions to the financial crisis of sports society “Spartak” will be presented at the round table, which was initiated by the Deputy of the mayor Yury Mollica.
