Tacso local Prosecutor's office in examining compliance with the requirements of the land legislation under the land use found that one of the entrepreneurs of the district use of the land area of 0.76 hectares in the village. Solotvyno without relevant title documents and does not pay for the use of specified land means, what caused the loss of Solotvyno township budget in the amount of 88 thousand UAH. It is established that during the year specified private entrepreneur uses the land for business activity without a contract of lease and not pay rent. With a view to taking action to enforce recovery of damages for the actual use of the land from the debtor Tacso local Prosecutor's office filed a petition in the interests of Solotvino village Council to the Economic court of the Transcarpathian region about collecting of debts in the budget in the amount of 88 thousand UAH.
