the Prosecutor's office in Beregovo district court of Transcarpathian proven guilty in promoting illegal transported across the state border of Ukraine, 8 citizens of Afghanistan, on preliminary arrangement by group of persons (part 2 of article 332 of the criminal code of Ukraine). It is proved that Transcarpathian intentionally promoted the illegal smuggling of afganstan group of eight persons across the state border of Ukraine.
