In the Transcarpathian region for the principled position of the Prosecutor's office a land area of 13 hectares and the amount of 300 thousand UAH returns to its public property
For the principled position of Khust local Prosecutor's office of the Lvov appellate economic court upheld the decision of the court of first instance, which declared invalid the contract of lease of a land plot and liabilities'was the defendant to return the property of the state land area of 13 hectares and normative monetary value of about 300 thousand UAH. We will remind, the basis for the appeal to the court was the fact that the process of land transfer took place illegally, without the approval of the technical documentation for the assessment of land than allowed gross violations of the Tax code of Ukraine and Law of Ukraine «On the evaluation of the land" which provide that to determine the amount of rent for land of state and communal ownership mandatory’language is produced and used normative monetary evaluation of land plots. The Prosecutor's office takes measures for the real execution of the decision.
