In Khmelnytsky oblast the Day of teachers and masters of industrial training
16 March in the Educational-methodical center of civil protection and life safety of Khmelnitsky region was carried out “Day of teachers and masters of industrial training". A Day of professional skill of pedagogical workers of the Centre held and discussed the structure and methodology of the organizational and business games as the form and presentation of training sessions for managerial personnel on courses of improvement of Khmelnitsky and region. Organizational and business game on the topic: "safety Rules in case of terrorist attacks on chemically dangerous about’object" was held by the Methodist Center, using a special "Business theater". In front of colleagues was given the task-the problem: "In an urn on the territory of JSC «Khmelnytsky maslosyrbaza" laid the suspicious explosive object, which is triggered, or there is a threat that he will work". Workers needed to be a consistent sequence of actions. According to the scenario proposed by the teacher, the audience was divided into two groups: the actors and audience. The actors were given roles in which they themselves have experienced and been shown how to react in an appropriate emergency. After the game, spectators actors, i.e. experts, analyzed what he saw events and actions, pointed to right and wrong actions, give recommendations, proposals and expressed their wishes. For a better perception and understanding of methods of conducting organizational business games teaching staff had the opportunity to see another variant of its implementation. Master of industrial training Centre conducted a game on the theme: “Practical development Plan-calendar o’stowage training with the civil protection". He suggested that other methodologies, which aroused particular interest among the participants. Here also deserve individual pedagogical quality of teachers, with a responsible approach to the lessons. Therefore, the teaching staff of the Center further work on introduction of innovative educational technologies in educational process with the purpose of increase of efficiency of educational activity in the field of civil protection.
