New Section: during the liquidation of fire in the hostel firefighters rescued 23 people and evacuated 22 people
17 March at 17:20 in Service of rescue "101" received a report of a fire in a New Section m on the street. Bandera 14 on 8th floor of 9-storeyed building of a hostel of family type. On arrival at the scene, firefighters investigated the fire’found that the fire started in one of the apartments. The fire caused heavy smoke, so rescuers liquidated ignition in the apparatus of respiratory protection. There was a threat of overturning of the fire on the neighboring apartments. Experts of gschs decided to evacuate tenants of the house to ensure their safety. Using ladders and rescue devices rescued 23 people, including 11 children. Also during the fire from the building took 22 people. The fire was localized at 19:05 and is completely eliminated at 19:52 of 6 units of gas and smoke protection service. The fire destroyed the property in two one bedroom apartments on an area of 24 sq m, in one of the apartments burst mypowerhour plate. As a result of fire 4 people were injured, including 1 child-2015. All the victims were hospitalized in Novorossiju Central hospital, condition – stable. Thanks to prompt actions of firefighters and timely mobilization of forces and means was able to save the hostel from total destruction by fire. To eliminate the fire attracted 31 rescuers and 5 units of special equipment.
