In the Rivne region rescuers have carried out tactics-special doctrines in the territory of children's sanatorium
18 March in the territory of municipal institution ’s regional multidisciplinary children's sanatorium «kozinskaya" of the Rivne regional Council" under the leadership of the Deputy chief of Department of emergency response, the Lieutenant Colonel of service of civil protection Vladimir Sentiago in the village of Zarechnoye Radivilivskogo district staff of the 2nd state fire and rescue post the village of Kozin were held special tactical exercises to test the readiness of management and staff of the sanatorium for action during the fire. According to legend exercises as a result of short circuit the mains on the ground floor in one of offices of the medical institution there was a fire. According to preliminary data at the 1st floor there were 2 persons who are not able to leave the premises. Personnel on duty about’object, notifying the emergency services number "101" about the incident began evacuation of people and property. Forces personnel conducted the evacuation of 44 people. In a matter of minutes to a call place there arrived the local fire and rescue unit. Rescuers held exploration and evacuation of victims, and then took measures for containment and subsequent elimination of a conditional fire. On-duty personnel of the guard acted clearly and consistently, so managed to save two injured and quickly put out the fire. During the exercises, rescuers conducted a study of operational and tactical characteristics of the buildings of the sanatorium and features outdoor fire water supply and fire safety on about’object. Also worked out were the actions of men, DSNS in the organization and conduct search and rescue operations, compliance with the personnel rules of occupational safety.
