The head of the Rivne local Prosecutor's office Vladimir Samardak made a study visit to USA
Recently for a few days the head of the Rivne local Prosecutor's office Vladimir Samardak participated in the study visit to USA under the program of criminal justice reform and combating corruption in Ukraine, which is implemented by the U.S. Department of justice. The working group includes the head of the Specialized anti-corruption Prosecutor's office, local Prosecutor's offices of different regions of Ukraine, including Rivne, representatives of the judiciary and of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine, public figures. During the visit, workers of prosecution bodies of Ukraine had an opportunity to review the experience of American colleagues in San Francisco (California) from a wide range of prosecutorial and investigative matters, to gain additional knowledge about modern tools in the fight against crime and corruption in particular. The participation of representatives of bodies of Prosecutor's office of Ukraine in such educational visits enhances the effectiveness of international cooperation in the fight against crime and the establishment of interpersonal relations between representatives of law enforcement bodies.
