Ternopil region: held training sessions with managers of divisions of fire and rescue service
14 To 18 March in Ternopil oblast held training sessions with staff and managers pdmii units fire and rescue service area. The participants discussed the aspects of information interaction with other services of civil protection and features provide consultations to the population on civil protection and internally displaced persons, turning them on the line "101". For employees of SLM they spent correction and development training aimed at improving psychological resilience and the development of professional communication skills, which aims to help experts of service of rescue in finding a common language with subscribers who call the emergency number "101".
