a belief That the head of the Vinnytsia oblast Valery Cow was expressed during a meeting with Peace Corps volunteers that took place on 18 March in the premises of the regional state administration. In Vinnytsia volunteers Jeremiah Johnson and Eric Brownstein are already three months, engaging in local public organizations youth projects, international development and reforms, as well as an introduction to the winery a variety of training and courses for learning English. Young men are convinced that Vinnytsia region among the volunteers the Peace Corps is one of the most popular and intend to work here for two years. The Chairman of regional state administration Valery Corum representatives of the government of the United States Agency met to discuss possibilities of cooperation in the framework of projects implemented by Peace Corps in Ukraine, in particular the community development project. Communicating with volunteers, the head of the region expressed the hope that such a meeting is only the beginning of further cooperation, and assured: in Vinnytsia oblast, without doubt, will be comfortable and interesting to work. "If you want to see Ukraine, you need to go to the Central part of it. Here most closely combines the national traditions and views on a number of things. Here are the most tolerant and Pro-European society tuned, - said Valery Cow. But there are also problematic issues. For example, I believe that one of the basic problems on the way of Ukraine towards European integration is the language barrier. It does not allow access to the new European values, which are very important. And to overcome this barrier is the main strategic task for Ukraine for the next 10 years." RSA Chairman expressed the belief that the work of Peace Corps volunteers in Vinnytsia region is very important. After all, the discussion of the principles of democracy, development, territories foreign language gives a serious push to solve the existing problems, and the gradual overcoming communication barrier.
