In Chernivtsi oblast rescuers took the children on an informative tour of the fire rescue division
the Staff of the office DSNS Ukraine in Chernivtsi region constantly conduct various educational activities for children with the aim of instilling in them a culture of safe behaviour. Rescuers carry out demonstrations and informative talks in schools and kindergartens. In addition, children are frequent guests at the rescue workers who spend them interesting and informative excursions in fire and rescue departments. So, on March 18, the rescue group emergency fire and rescue unit rescue squad of special purpose Control DSNS visited the little pupils of preschool educational establishment No. 38 of the regional center. Officers were shown the machinery and equipment that is in fire and rescue vehicles and which fighters of fire and rescue units are on fires, assisting with road traffic accidents, demolition debris, and various emergency events where help is needed citizens. Also the kids were given the opportunity to try on fire fighting clothing and equipment for protection of respiratory organs. The rescuers told the kindergarten pupils about their properties and characteristics. The whole event was accompanied by a reminder to the children about the importance of observing safety rules. «After the tour is completed the children will be better able to understand the importance of rescuer profession. In addition, children received a lot of positive emotions, they also learned about safety rules», – said the headmistress of the KINDERGARTEN ¹ 38 Galina Onischuk.
