Chernivtsi: How to get the decision to transfer the ownership of the land in gardening Association
According to the Land code of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine "On State land cadastre" and other regulatory legal acts of citizens who have not used eligible for a free transfer to the ownership of the land for gardening within the city of Chernivtsi have the opportunity to exercise the right to privatization of land in gardening Association. Step 1. The business entity shall submit to the Central administrative services of the Chernivtsi city Council the following documents: – copy of passport (pages 1, 2, and page with a mark about registration in a residence); – copy of certificate on assignment of registration number of registration card of the taxpayer from the State register of individuals – payers of taxes (ID); – the original document certifying the right to use the land (the certificate of the Chairman of the garden Association indicating the number of the land plot and its size); – horticultural society; – the Protocol (extract from Protocol) of meeting of a horticultural society on the inclusion of members of gardening Association (in case of change of user of land). Note: Documents are filed by a business entity person, by mail or by an authorized person (power of attorney and ID cards). Step 2. The administrator of the Centre of administrative services of the Chernivtsi city Council registers the application with the relevant documents and the next working day forwards it to the division on the organization of clerical work and control of the Department urban complex and land relations city Council. Step 3. Specialists of the Department of land management management of land resources of the Department urban complex and land relations city Council consider the submitted documents and prepares a draft decision for consideration by the city Council. Step 4. After the adoption by the city Council decisions in accordance with the submitted application specialists of the Department of land management management of land resources of the Department urban complex and land relations city Council produce an extract from the decision of the city Council and transmit it to the administrator of the Centre of administrative services of the Chernivtsi city Council for its issuance to the applicant.
