Bodies of Prosecutor's office of Vinnytsia region continue to take measures under criminal law regarding willful default by the debtors of the decisions of the courts
Vinnytsia local Prosecutor's office by results of studying of materials of enforcement proceedings is revealed in the actions of the debtor individual entrepreneur, the signs of a criminal offense. C’found that the employer intentionally did not fulfill the decision of the economic court of Vinnytsia region, pronounced under the claim of Prosecutor about collecting in favor of Vinnytsia city Council more than 180 thousand UAH. And after applying state by arrest in the applicable debtor's accounts in banking institutions, she opened a new Bank account and not reported on the state Executive service. The Prosecutor's office on this fact in eRDR included information on signs of the criminal offense provided by part 1 of article 382 of the criminal code of Ukraine.
