In Ukraine the state program in which osmd and ZHSK can obtain a refund of 40% to 70% of the loan amount for energy efficient materials and equipment. In addition, in the Zhytomyr region from the regional budget is compensated for condominiums and housing cooperatives 15% of the loan amount, but not more than 10 thousand UAH. The CMF can perform insulation of attics, facades, changing Windows in the common areas, to install individual heating units, upgrade the lighting system. According to experts, the first event must be the installation of individual heat points, which can pay off in 1-2 heating season.
