The Chernihiv oblast 11-a in the final rating of social-economic development of the regions to 2015
According to the monitoring of socio-economic development of the regions, published by the Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine by results of January-December 2015, Chernivtsi region took the 11th place. Thus, this region has risen by 10 positions in the ranking compared with January-September 2015. In "the Investment development and foreign economic cooperation" the region took the 12th place in the ranking. This is 1 more position January-September 2015, mainly due to the growth of 12% capital investments (9th place, +6 points). In the direction of "Economic efficiency," the region ranked 19th. The volume index of agricultural production occupied the 7th place (+13 points); the volume of production of agriculture per capita of rural population – 8th place (+3 points); the index of industrial production – 17th place (+2 points). In "Financial sufficiency" in 2015, the region rose by 4 positions to 10th place, in "labour market Efficiency" – 14th place (5 points). In direction "Development of infrastructure" in 2015, the region increased its ranking by 5 positions compared with January-September 2015 and ranked 15th. It mainly influenced by the increase in the amount received into operation of housing (+58.4 percent), according to this indicator the region takes the 7th place (+4 points). Also added in "Renewable energy and energy efficiency", where the rating increased by 11 points and reached 7th place. This result is due to the increase of such indicators as "the Proportion of the total capacity of boiler houses to alternative fuels in the region" (10th place, 15 points) and "Percentage of equipping residential buildings house metering devices of thermal energy" (5th place +10 points). Recall that the analysis of socio-economic development of regions is carried out in accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from 21.10.2015 No. 856 "On approval of the Procedure and Methodology for monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of the state regional policy".
