Since the beginning of the year in the territory of the Carpathians was born more than three hundred fires in natural ecosystems. The causes of fires is almost the same: carelessness when using fire. Often can be observed as yellow-red fire wall with the speed rushing across the field, leaving behind ashes. Despite numerous warnings of experts of the SSES in the area, these fires happen almost every day. By the way, the fines for the burning of stubble, meadows, pastures, areas with Prairie, wetland and other natural vegetation or its residues provided in the amount of UAH 170-340 (citizens) and from 850 to 1190 (with officials). The same actions committed within the territories and the objects’objects of natural-reserved Fund, entail the imposition of a fine on citizens from 340 to 680, and for officials - from 1190 to 1700 UAH. Unfortunately, quite often there is someone to fine, for as soon as the fire sees fire gets out of control, quickly leaving the scene. Until then rescuers liquidated a fire, the pallium was long gone. The threat of fire during the burning of stubble, unconstrained – far from the biggest problem of such fires. Ashes in the place of fields, meadows, gardens cause irreparable harm to nature and human health. Another very dangerous factor combustion stubble – acrid black smoke. For people who are prone to allergies, be in the zone of combustion of the stubble is very dangerous. And the worst is burning in the area of the city, where the soil and plants heavy metals are deposited. Inhaling the smoke, people are poisoning your body. In addition, the burn and debris, among which a lot of plastic. Hazardous products of combustion wind can be transported over long distances, therefore, can be affected not only directly arsonists. It is worth emphasizing that such fires – this and the increased risk of ignition of peat bogs. These fires cover large areas and are difficult to extinguish, because peat can burn in all directions, regardless of the strength of the wind. Even a small rain could extinguish the burning peat. When peat burns, it burns the roots of the trees that can fall, and thick smoke is very dangerous. Only one tenth of fires in peatlands is due to spontaneous combustion. The Department gschs in Ivano-Frankivsk region appeals to all citizens urging them not to burn dry grass and not to provoke fires that cause a lot of damage to farm land.
