In Vinnitsa in the regional state administration formed a new Department
, With the aim of improving the system of management of processes of regional development in the conditions of Ukraine's integration to the European institutions the Chairman of regional state administration signed a decree which established the Department of international cooperation and regional development administration through the elimination of the Department of regional economic development of regional state administration and international cooperation Department of the regional state administration. In coordination with the Ministry of economic development and trade of Ukraine Director of the newly established Department of international cooperation and regional development of the regional state administration appointed Merezhko Vladimir Nikolaevich, who headed the Department of international cooperation state administration.
