In Lutsk continued cooperation with Brestskij colleagues in the context of writing a joint cross-border projects
March 21, an official delegation of Lutsk city Council headed by the Deputy of the Lutsk city mayor Yuri Moclinejo was in Brest, which is the city of Lutsk partner. The purpose of the visit was to continue with the developments and development projects in the framework of the program of territorial cooperation "Belarus–Ukraine". The delegation had the opportunity to meet with the Deputy Chairman of the Brest city Executive Committee Nikolai Yakubovsky, who congratulated the residents on the Belarusian land and wished productive work. The delegates divided into three working groups by areas, separate waste collection, sports and the environment and talked with representatives of relevant structural units of the Brest city Executive Committee and the municipal enterprises which are preparing projects jointly with Ukrainian colleagues. In particular, the acting Director of the HLCP "Brest garbage recycling plant" Vladimir Golenko, head of the sector of sport and tourism of the Brest city Executive Committee Olesya District and the Director of the Brest municipal unitary enterprise "Park of culture and recreation" Andrew Shegelski. During the discussion the parties defined the main activities of future projects and agreed on further action plan. In addition, each working group had the opportunity to meet with the relevant area of work in practice. As part of a visit was carried out a tour of the Brest garbage recycling plant, which since 2011 is responsible for the functions of collection, removal, recycling and disposal of debris, inspected powerful sports facilities M. Brest (the Palace of water sports, the rowing channel, sports complex "Brestsky"), as well as the Central Park of culture and recreation" Park in the district of "Dubrovka". So, the trip was productive and interesting, and the experience of Belarus ' neighbors will be useful for writing future initiatives.
