"Covasna – 2016" in Lutsk
On the implementation of laws of Ukraine "On natural environment protection", "About improvement of settlements", "On waste", with the aim of improving the environment, beautification and landscaping, enhancing nature conservation work and environmental education mayor Mykola Romaniuk has signed a decree "On a citywide campaign "Covasna – 2016". It provides for in the city of Lutsk from 17 March until 31 may 2016 citywide "Covasna – 2016". Within it tasked: collectives of enterprises, institutions, establishments and organizations of various forms of ownership to conduct work on streamlining and improvement of own and adjacent territories to establish a single sanitary day – Friday; Department of housing and communal services of the city Council to provide sanitary cleaning of city territories, carrying out complex of works on landscaping of green spaces, to facilitate the implementation of other activities and the implementation of public initiatives to clean the city within the city-wide event; the municipal enterprise "Parks and gardens Lutsk" is to provide guidance of proper sanitary conditions in parks and squares pinned and carrying out complex of works on gardening and flower decoration of the city; the heads zhilishchno-the municipal enterprises, societies with limited liability "M. Same.To.”, housing office ¹8 housing-building cooperatives, chairmen of condominiums to organize the work on streamlining and bringing in appropriate aesthetic and sanitary condition of courtyards of apartment houses, kindergartens, sports and shopping areas; Lutsk specialized plant public utilities - to ensure the sanitary cleaning and organizing, cemeteries, memorials, monuments, mass graves; enterprises, institutions, organizations spend from 1 to 30 April, the month of planting, during which to carry out a complex of spring works on gardening and floral design of their own and adjacent territories. The Department of economic policy, managing business development and advertising, capital construction, transport and communications, culture, education, health, Committee on physical culture and sports of the city Council is mandated to ensure the active participation of enterprises, institutions and organizations of the relevant sector in the city event "Covasna-2016" (maid's own and adjacent territories, landing of trees and bushes, cut bushes, whitewashed trees and the like).
