for the purpose of improvement of work of structural divisions of regional state administration by order of the Chairman of regional state administration Valery Koroviya No. 155 of 21 March 2016 discontinued operations of the Department of regional economic development of regional state administration and the Directorate for international cooperation of Vinnytsia regional state administration by their elimination and established the Department of international cooperation and regional development of Vinnytsia regional state administration. By order of the Chairman of regional state administration No. 61-the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 22 March 2016 the head of the newly created patterns are assigned Merezhko Vladimir Nikolaevich. Introducing the newly appointed head of staff, first Deputy Chairman of regional state administration Andriy Gyzhko said: "the Changes that occur in our modern society demand new approaches in the work of the Executive authorities. People expect quality services provided by the authority. And this is, primarily, education, health and administrative services. The region's leadership has taken a number of steps to improve the work units of the regional state administration. In particular, the formation of the Department of international cooperation and regional development of the RSA – is another step in this direction. And priorities of the newly created structure is the development of the region - attracting investment, contributing to the creation of new jobs, especially in rural areas. Also considerable attention should be given to improving the quality of administrative services and, of course, establishing new international relations". Speaking about the newly appointed leader, Andrew Gyzhko noted that Volodymyr Merezhko not one year has worked in government and knows the work in the public service. "He's a young and enterprising person who will make new principles and methods of work of the Department".
