In connection with the introduction by the Ministry of justice of Ukraine on 23 February 2016, the changes of the aforementioned order, before the pilot project of the Ministry of justice of Ukraine on the adoption by workers of divisions of state registration of acts of civil status the documents required for state registration of birth and issue them birth certificate of the child directly to the nursing home, were involved DRACS departments and maternity hospitals in all regions of Ukraine.
