Lutsk: the majority of the municipal enterprises of the city last year exceeded financial plans
At Executive Committee meeting heard the Director of the Department of economic policy of Alexander Oslovit about financial and economic activity of the municipal enterprises of the city by the end of 2015. He said that in 2015 the financial and economic activity carried out 19 public utilities and municipal institution "city archives labour". Material costs of all utilities in 2015 amounted to 322 thousand UAH 833,1 (60,5% of their total expenses), which is 29398,3 thousand UAH. compared with the plan. Compared to the corresponding period last year, material costs increased by 64022,4 thousand UAH. Material component cost of housing and communal enterprises of the city in 2015 increased compared with the plan for 2164,2 thousand UAH, and in the end amounted to 12290,6 thousand UAH thousand UAH 1360,7 higher than the corresponding figure 2014. Result of financial and economic activity of the municipal enterprises of the city in 2015 year were a loss of $ 23750,9 thousand UAH thousand UAH 12388,2 less than planned and 35115,2 thousand UAH, than the losses of 2014. According to the results of financial and economic activity in 2015 budget city utilities paid 6784,3 thousand UAH of income tax and 549,8 ths of the net profit. Mykola Romaniuk emphasized that there is a positive dynamics of development of municipal enterprises. Most services are provided efficiently, however, the material and technical base gearbox is in need of serious modernization. It is now possible to raise funds from the European institutions, therefore, need to seize this opportunity.
